1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pushrail platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Pushrail on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Pushrail provides an event delivery platform that accepts product events from your applications and delivers them to configured destinations including webhooks, cloud storage, and data warehouses. Delivery is provided on an at-least-once basis with retry and replay capabilities.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of events you submit, the security of your API keys, and ensuring that destination endpoints you configure are authorized to receive data. You agree not to use the platform to transmit illegal content or to violate any applicable laws.

4. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Overage charges are calculated based on deliveries exceeding your plan allocation. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pushrail provides the service “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.
