This includes your name, email address, organization details, and destination configuration data. We also collect usage data such as delivery counts, API call volumes, and error rates to operate and improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Pushrail platform. This includes processing event deliveries, providing observability and logging features, sending service notifications, and responding to support requests.

3. Data Security

We encrypt destination credentials at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We enforce strict tenant isolation to ensure your data is never accessible to other customers.

4. Data Retention

Event delivery logs and attempt history are retained according to your plan tier. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

5. Website Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use pushrail.io and the Pushrail dashboard, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked.

When you first visit pushrail.io, we set a first-party cookie named pr_attrib on the pushrail.io domain. It records the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID), the page you landed on, the referring site, and the time of your first visit. If you create an account within 90 days, we store these values with your account so we can tell which campaigns bring people to Pushrail. The cookie expires after 90 days and is not shared with third parties.
